Regrinding Service

Parkway-Kew's customers can rely on quick and accurate cassette roll regrinding services for longer wear life.  Unlike other suppliers who arbitrarily remove 3mm of tungsten carbide material, dramatically reducing the overall roll life; Parkway-Kew will only remove the amount of material necessary to reestablish the contour.  Typically Parkway-Kew only removes .5mm to .1mm from each roll to restore the contour to specification.

Manufacturing Cassette Rolls

Parkway-Kew can also manufacture new tungsten carbide cassette rolls.  The wear life of new Parkway-Kew cassette rolls will meet, and most likely exceed the wear life of the OEM rolls.
